SHIPPING TERMS
PRODUCTION
Nojin is about conscious craft production which means each piece is made to order. Therefore please allow additional processing time of up to 2 weeks. If I foresee a significant delay in making your garment or shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email. If you wish to place a custom order, please email info@nojin-store.com and I’m happy to review the request.
DELIVERY TIME
It takes about 2-4 days within Germany and 3-6 days within Europe. Please note that due to the covid-related transport restrictions, non-Express parcels to the USA and some other countries unfortunately may involve delivery times of up to 90 days.
ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed which will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out to you including shipping and online tracking information.

Shipping rates will be added at checkout: Germany 5€ // Europe 9€ // All other countries 18€
TAXES & CUSTOMS
For international sales outside of Germany, please be aware that local charges may occur (sales tax, customs duty). Please check with your local customs authority before ordering as these charges will not be covered by nojin.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact nojin within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unworn and unwashed. To request a return, please email info@nojin-store.com with your order number for identification and you will be provided a return address and instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Sending the package with insurance and tracking number is recommended. Nojin will not be held responsible for lost packages that were returned without a tracking number.
